"Selon les photos, nous savions que l’endroit était très petit, mais en vrai il était minuscule… presque dangereux d’y mettre le pied accidentellement dans la cage d’escaliers et d’y tomber. Le plafond de la chambre est si bas qu’on arrive tout juste à si assoir (en plus de la retombée qui complique l’accès à l’escalier)."

"Basically, you get what you paid for, a nice little apartment with PERFECT location. You will need to do some stairs, but It’s all mentioned in the description and photos of the place, so I would say it’s an interesting experience, if you are ready for that. Walter is very polite and attentive host."

"In general it was clean, but it could be cleaner, especially the floor (nothing serious though), or we would appreciate if there was a tiny vacuum cleaner there, so if you stay for more than a couple of days, you can do some cleaning yourself."

"The host, Walter was excellent. He communicated with me right away and was prompt when meeting us with the key. He is very friendly and welcoming. The location of the apartment is terrific. You can get to restaurants and shops easily and major attractions are within walking distance. The property is clean and stylish. I took my 22 year old son to Paris for his graduation and he and I agreed that we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The neighborhood is perfect."

"I think the place is great but it’s very tight. The property is vertical and each floor is reached by climbing a narrow spiral staircase. It’s almost like climbing a ladder. This wasn’t a problem for us but people with mobility issues should make another choice. It would be an uncomfortable stay for anyone particularly tall as well."

"Walter the owner was the perfect host. He was waiting on our arrival and went through everything with us. In his own words which I can say to be true "I am at your disposal". Such a gentleman and very proud of his place. He came in every day and cleaned the place from top to bottom and had fresh towels. Cant say enough good things. The location was perfect. Shops, shopping centre and loads of restaurants right outside. The place was quiet also. No problems whatsoever"

"The apartment is in a great location, right near rue Montorgueil. wide variety of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and specialty shops, just steps away. The mezzanine bed was comfortable. I was met by Walter, he showed me through the apartment and explained how everything worked. Walter was extremely helpful for my entire stay, he’s an absolute treasure!"

"As a typical Parisian apartment, the bathroom is a little snug, it was manageable for one, but if you’re sharing, there isn’t much privacy. Guests above about five feet six inches may find it a little difficult, as the spiral stairs take some negotiating (I treated them as a though I were on a boat, and climbed down backwards)."
